Having successfully launched and completed our flagship conference—Rescuing the Rescuer: The 99 Initiative—we are excited to expand our reach and bring high-impact, transformative events and training to communities across the nation.
Below, you can explore photo highlights and video recap footage from our recent summit.
At A Silent War Within Media an IRS 501(c)(3), we understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to supporting our nation's frontline personnel and their families. Whether you represent an emergency services agency, a healthcare system, a peer support network, a church, or a community group, we offer tailored conference models designed to meet your specific needs:
Our signature event model bridges evidence-based clinical trauma care, CISM crisis response, and professional therapy with faith in Jesus Christ. These conferences focus on healing moral injury, addressing church hurt, navigating seasons of being "sifted," and restoring the mind, body, and soul of first responders, military personnel, healthcare workers, and their spouses.
For public safety agencies, hospitals, municipal departments, and corporate organizations seeking CEU-driven or strictly clinical/educational programming. These events cover the neurobiology of operational trauma, "The Erosion Effect" (cumulative stress), late-diagnosed ADHD and neurodiversity in emergency services, CISM debriefings, organizational trauma, and building psychological safety in high-stress leadership.
Shift work, critical incidents, and cumulative trauma don't just affect the individual; they impact the entire household. Our family and marriage conferences focus on protecting the home front—equipping couples with practical communication tools, boundary setting, secondary trauma education, and relational resilience so families can thrive together.
As part of our commitment to total provider development, A Silent War Within Media is expanding its educational platform to offer NREMT-compliant Continuing Education (CE) and Refresher Training.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, flexible recertification courses aligned with National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) standards—blending essential medical and trauma education with real-world field experience, mental health resilience, and high-stress decision-making.
We are actively receiving requests from organizations across the country and are building our upcoming national event and training schedule.
If you are interested in hosting a conference, bringing one of the team in as keynote speakers, or co-sponsoring an event in your area, we would love to connect with you.
Sept. 12th, 2026 The ASW Media Team, guest speakers, and 70 of you came together to begin healing our hearts, souls , and minds.

At A Silent War Within Media, peer support isn’t just a program—it’s how we walk alongside frontline providers every single day. Whether sitting down over a meal with a shift after a tough call, visiting local stations and departments, or helping agencies build out their own internal peer support teams, we are actively showing up on the front lines to ensure no responder carries the burden alone.
Our team has facilitated numerous peer support sessions and crisis interventions across various departments. To expand our reach and deliver the highest standard of care, we are actively working toward acquiring formal Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certifications for our leadership team.
Formal CISM certification equips us with specialized, accredited tools for individual crisis intervention, group debriefings, and post-incident stabilization. However, bringing accredited training and credentialing to our non-profit requires funding.
